I forgot my password for my McDelivery account, how do I retrieve it?
Please click on the “Forgot Password” tab just below the “Sign In” box and enter the email address linked to your McDelivery account to reset your password. There may be times that the reset link is not found in the inbox, kindly check your spam or bulk folder to locate the reset password link.
Can I contact McDonald’s® to change the email address for my account?
For security reasons, McDonald’s cannot access your email account. Please register with your new email account to start ordering.
Can I change the email address associated with my McDelivery account?
No, you cannot amend the email address linked to your account. However, you can delete your account and create a new account using the new email address.
How do I change my stored delivery addresses?
Your stored delivery addresses can be modified by clicking Address book in ‘My Account’ menu. You may add up to 5 delivery addresses in total. If you need to add a new address, please delete an existing address.
How do I add a new delivery address to my account?
You can add a new address by going to the ‘Address Book’ section in ‘My Account’ menu, or by clicking on the ‘Add a New Address’ button when you start ordering.
I am new to McDelivery. How do I set up my account?
Click on ‘I’m a new customer’. Key in your delivery address, proceed with the registration by keying in your personal details and agreeing to our terms and conditions. Your account is now ready.
I am an existing McDelivery® user and don’t have a password. How do I sign in?
An email with your account details should have been sent to your registered email address. If you didn’t receive it, click on ‘Forgot Password?’ and we will send you another email with instructions.
Will my status as a Drive-Thru VIP expire? How do I renew my VIP status?
The expiry date of the Drive-Thru VIP decal is indicated on the decal. Please approach any of our crew or manager at the Drive-Thru booth to enquire about receiving a new decal if yours has expired.
I made a purchase amounting to $30 in a single receipt. Does that mean I am entitled to 3 Hash Browns / Apple Pies?
No. Only one complimentary item is valid for a single Drive-Thru purchase above $10, regardless of the final amount.
