Can I earn stamps via McDelivery and other delivery platforms?
No, stamps will only be issued for full-priced ala carte McCafé beverages purchases at McDonald’s (except Singapore Polytechnic, Temasek Polytechnic and Nanyang Technological University), McCafé, Dessert Kiosk, Self-Ordering Kiosks and Drive-Thru.
I collected 5 stamps, but they have disappeared?
When you collect 5 stamps, you will automatically receive a FREE McCafé Reward in the deals page of My McDonald’s App and the number of stamps in the McCafé Rewards Card will reset. If you do not see your reward in the deals page, do write in to us via ‘contact us’ tab within My McDonald’s App.
What if my stamp doesn’t show up after I have made a purchase?
Your McCafé stamps and Rewards will be updated in your account within 24 hours of the purchase. Should you not receive after 24 hours of purchase, do write in to us via ‘contact us’ tab within My McDonald’s App together with the receipt attached.
The previous McCafé Devotee App allows me to earn a stamp if I forget my phone or my phone’s battery dead by bringing the receipt to the same store within 3 days of purchase. Does the same apply to McCafé Rewards Card?
No, we are unable to credit the stamps retroactively. You can only earn stamps at the point of transaction.
How do I earn a stamp if I forgot my phone/my phone’s battery is dead?
Stamps are credited electronically, so we are unable to credit the stamps in the absence of the customer’s smart phone. In addition, data or WIFI connectivity is required.
The cup of the Cappuccino/Latte from the McDonald’s main counter has a McCafé print on it. Does it mean I can earn a stamp too if I purchase any of these beverages?
Yes, you are entitled to earn a stamp from purchasing any McCafé beverages and that includes Premium Roast Coffee, Cappuccino, Latte, Iced Latte, Mocha Frappe (with/without Oreo cookies) and Caramel Frappe (with/without Oreo cookies) from the main counter.
How do I earn a McCafé Reward?
You will earn a reward for every 5 stamps collected on your McCafé Rewards Card. This reward entitles you to redeem a free McCafé beverage on us!
Why are the drinks that qualify for stamps different from the list of drinks that I can redeem as a reward?
To enable more customers to enjoy the perks of being our McCafé Rewards Card member, we have included a larger variety of drinks that qualify for stamps collection as compared to the list for rewards redemption.
As for rewards redemption, the drinks offered are specially curated based on the most popular drinks amongst our customers! That said, we will continue to review this and may offer more options for our customers in future.
How do I earn a stamp?
You will earn a stamp with every purchase of a full-priced ala carte McCafé beverages (except Tea, Fluffy, Ayataka Green Tea, Perrier, Dasani, Chilled Drinks like Coke, Ribena, Milo etc.).
- Launch the McDonald’s app when ordering in stores
- Tap on the McCafé Rewards Card on the homepage
- Scan the QR code before placing your order
- Stamps will automatically be awarded for every qualifying ala carte McCafé beverage order
