Do I have to sign up again when I visit another McDonald’s® restaurant?

Once you have registered, you will not need to sign up again. Your registered mobile device will be automatically connected to McDonald’s WiFi when you are within the coverage area.

Can we connect to McDonald’s® WiFi at all restaurants?

Yes, McDonald’s WiFi is currently available at all McDonald’s restaurants except at the airport & at our institutional stores.

Is there a time limit to the duration which my device is connected to McDonald’s® WiFi?

There is no time limit when you are connected to McDonald’s WiFi. Please use the network fairly.

Is there a limit to the amount of data I can use?

There is no limit to the data usage when you are connected to McDonald’s WiFi. Please use the network fairly.

How do I sign up for McDonald’s® Wi-Fi?

First, go to “settings” on your mobile device and enable WiFi connection. Then select the network “McDonald’s Singapore”. You will be directed to a sign-up page, where you must complete the required fields before gaining access to McDonald’s WiFi.

Why are there 2 different WiFi services at McDonald’s®?

Wireless@SG and McDonald's WiFi are currently available at all McDonald’s restaurants and each serves a different user group.

i. McDonald’s WiFi – Free public Wifi service available to all McDonald’s customers.
ii. Wireless@SG is a free public WiFi that is available to everyone.

What kind of music is played in stores?

We have carefully curated a playlist of songs that are played in all our stores island wide. We also play songs that correspond with the festive season!

I would like to start a franchise in Singapore / in the region. How do I go about doing so?

McDonald’s Singapore operates under a Development Licensee model (master franchisee of all restaurants in Singapore) – and is hence not available for local franchising.

What time does lunch and breakfast start?

Weekdays:  
    • Breakfast menu hours: 4am - 11am 
    • Regular menu hours: 11am - 4am 

Weekends & Public Holidays: 
    • Breakfast menu hours: 4am - 12pm 
    • Regular menu hours: 12pm - 4am
