Q. Are there any limits to the number of cards I can receive?
Scratch & Win cards are available while stocks last, and you will receive one card per Breakfast McGriddles® purchase (or two cards per Breakfast McGriddles® x MILO® Special).
There are no limits on how many cards you can collect, as long as you purchase during the campaign period. 

Q. What happens if I don’t redeem my prize or deal by 2nd April 2025?
All deals and lucky draw entries must be redeemed or used by 2nd April 2025. After this date, they will expire. 

Q. How many times can I enter the contest?
You can enter the contest multiple times, provided each entry corresponds to a unique code. However, each participant is only eligible to win one prize. 

Q. Is the Scratch & Win campaign available at all McDonald's locations?
Yes, the promotion is available at all McDonald's locations except LIDO, including in-store, 3PO, McDelivery, and Drive-Thru, during breakfast hours, while stocks last. 

Q. How will the winners of the lucky draw be selected?
Winners will be randomly selected each week. 10 winners will be chosen every week from all valid entries. If you enter the draw during a specific week, you will be considered for that week’s prizes.
Each week's draw will have its own set of winners, so even if you enter multiple times throughout the contest period, you’ll be eligible to win based on the week you entered. 

Q. How do I know if I won a prize?
Winners will be notified via the contact details provided when entering the contest on the Nestlé website. Winners will be contacted by Nestlé within 7 days of the announcement. 

The Contest is open to all individual Singapore residents who are: i.aged 18 and above as at the start of the Contest Period (as defined below). Participants below the age of 18 shall obtain the necessary
consent from their parents/legal guardians before participating in this Contest and submitting any personal information, and shall furnish such proof of consent should organisers require it; and ii.not
prohibited in any manner by any person, entity, authority or law anywhere in the world from participating in this Contest or any similar contest. Employees of: (a) McDonald’s Singapore; and (b)
McDonald’s Singapore advertising agencies, and the immediate family members of these employees, are not eligible to participate in the Contest. While stocks last. During breakfast hours only.

The Contest is valid from 28 February 2025 to 2 April 2025 (both dates inclusive, the “Contest Period”). Multiple entries are allowed per Participant, on condition that each entry submitted corresponds
to a unique code, and that each Participant is only entitled to one prize in this Contest. Available across all platforms –In-store, 3PO, MDS, Drivethru.
