Hanbaobao Pte Ltd (“McDonald’s”) Collect Quest 2024 Promotion (the “Promotion”) Lucky Draw (the “Lucky Draw”)

The Promotion involves the collection of 4 Quest Badges by redeeming various deals and rewards on the McDonald’s app whereby participants can qualify for Lucky Draw to win Grand Prizes and Mini Prizes.

Eligibility for Participants

1. This Lucky Draw will be governed by these standard terms and conditions ("Terms"). By participating in this Lucky Draw, the Participant (as defined below) confirms that to have hereby read, understood and hereby agreed to be bound by, and to comply with, these Terms. Non-compliance with or breach of any of the Terms may disqualify the Participant, and any prize won by the Participant may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed.

2. The qualification period for the Lucky Draw commences on 2 December 2024 08:00AM to 22 December 2024 11:59PM, both dates inclusive (“Lucky Draw Period”).

3. To be eligible for the Lucky Draw:

   1. 3.1 for the Mini Prizes, a Participant must be a McDonald’s app MyM Rewards member (“User”) that collects one of the following 4 Quest Badges below during the Lucky Draw Period to qualify;

   2. 3.2 for the Grand Prizes, a participant must be a User that collect ALL Four (4) Quest Badges below during the Lucky Draw Period to qualify;

   (collectively the “Participants”)

4. Employees of McDonald’s, its affiliates, each of their immediate families, as well as direct vendors of McDonald’s, shall not be eligible to participate in this Lucky Draw, and McDonald’s reserves the right to withdraw or forfeit the prizes at any time if this is the found to be the case for any prize winner. Each Participant hereby agrees to this.

Lucky Draw Mechanics

5. At the end of the Lucky Draw Period, the winner(s) will be picked from the Participants through a Lucky Draw (“Winner(s)”).

6. The Lucky Draw will be conducted electronically.

7. Unless McDonald’s and its affiliates notifies otherwise, the electronic lucky draw will be conducted in the presence of an external scrutineer on 27 December 2024 at 11am (or on such other dates and time as McDonald’s and its affiliates may determine at its sole and absolute discretion) at 10 Kallang Avenue, #04-10/18, Aperia Tower 2, Singapore 339510 or at such other venues.

8. By participating in this Lucky Draw, the eligible Participant consents to McDonald’s and its affiliates contacting the Participant for the purpose of informing them the outcome of the Lucky Draw, based on the personal data that McDonald’s and its affiliates may have in our records from time to time.

Selection of Winners

9. There will be a total of 208 Winners (8 winners for the Grand Prizes, 200 winners for the Mini Prizes) for the Lucky Draw. Each eligible Participant can only win once in this Lucky Draw. The Winners will be drawn at random and the various tier of Winners to be chosen are as follows:

   The Grand Prizes and Mini Prizes are collectively referred to as the “the Prize(s)”.

10. The Prizes, or any part thereof, shall not be transferable, exchangeable, redeemable or substituted for cash or other benefits. In addition, McDonald’s and its affiliates, makes no warranty whatsoever as to the Prizes, including without limitation, the availability, quality, and fitness for purpose, or the use or consumption thereof or any other implied terms or conditions with respect to the Prizes.

11. McDonald’s and its affiliates, are not and shall not be deemed to be the seller or transferor of the Prizes. Any dispute about the value, quality, condition or service standard of the Prize must be resolved directly with the respective manufacturer, merchants and/or suppliers of the Prize. The Prizes shall be subject to such other terms and conditions as may be imposed by the relevant manufacturer, merchants and/or suppliers of the Prize Terms. Each Winner hereby agrees to be bound by these Prize Terms and hereby absolves McDonald’s from any liability and responsibility in this respect.

12. McDonald’s and its affiliates reserve the right to replace any Prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice

Collection

13. Winners will be notified by McDonald’s and its affiliates within seven (7) working days after the draw date through email at their registered email address provided in the McDonald’s app regarding the Prize collection details. Participants should ensure their communication settings and personal details in the McDonald’s app have been updated to ensure McDonald’s and its affiliates can reach them should they win a Prize.

14. To claim the Prize, the Winner must confirm acceptance of their win with McDonald’s and its affiliates via email. If McDonald’s and its affiliates do not receive an answer from the Winner within twenty four (24) hours after initial contact is made, the Winner may be disqualified.

15. In accepting the Prize, the Winner agrees to be photographed and allows McDonald’s and its affiliates to use his/her name and image for publicity purposes in connection with the Lucky Draw without any further compensation and/or further notification. In the event any Winner elects not to be photographed and/or does not allow McDonald’s and its affiliates to use his/her name and image for publicity purposes in connection with the Promotion, McDonald’s and its affiliates reserves the right and has the absolute discretion to award the Prize to the next reserve Winner drawn or deal with it in any manner deemed fit in its sole and absolute discretion.

16. If a Winner is disqualified for any reason including due to ineligibility or failing to comply with the arrangements for the distribution of the Prize or failing to comply with any of these Terms, McDonald’s and its affiliates shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to contact and notify a Winner, to the extent that this arises from the Winner’s failure to comply with any of these Terms.

17. Winners for the Lucky Draw have to collect their Prize by 17 January 2025, 4:00PM. McDonald’s and its affiliates reserve the right to distribute any unclaimed or disqualified Prizes by donating such Prizes to the Community Chest, or if not possible, to any other Singapore registered charitable organisation.

Personal Data

18. By participating in this Lucky Draw, the eligible Participant consents to McDonald’s and its affiliates, collecting, using or disclosing the Participant’s personal data that was submitted under this Lucky Draw and that McDonald’s and its affiliates may have in our records from time to time. Such personal data may include without limitation the Participant’s name, telephone number and email address as well as their image, picture, photographs or likeness. The eligible Participant confirms they have read and understood and that they agree to the McDonald’s Privacy Policy.

19. The purposes for which personal data collected by McDonald’s and its affiliates from the eligible Participant may be used and/ or shared with third parties include but are not limited to conducting and administering the Lucky Draw and communicating with the eligible Participant in relation to the Lucky Draw.

Others

20. McDonald’s decisions on the Lucky Draw, the Prizes and the Winners shall be final and no correspondence will be entertained under any circumstances. In the event of a dispute, any individual’s entitlement to participate in the Lucky Draw and any person’s entitlement to the Prizes shall be subject to our sole discretion and final determination.

21. McDonald’s and its affiliates shall not be liable to the Participants for damages, losses, costs or expenses, lost profits, revenue, business or anticipated savings suffered or incurred by the Participant arising out of or about their participation in the Lucky Draw or the redemption or the use of any Prize.

23. McDonald’s and its affiliates reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time and without notice. Continued participation in this Lucky Draw will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions and any amendments thereof.

24. If any of these Terms are held to be illegal or unenforceable, such Term shall be deemed to be deleted from these Terms and the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

25. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and all eligible Participants agree to be bound by the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore Courts.

26. In the event of any dispute in relation to the Lucky Draw, the Prizes or the terms and conditions herein, each Participant hereby agrees that the decision of McDonald's shall be final and binding.
