Can I earn stamps via McDelivery and other delivery platforms?

Can I redeem more than 1 McCafé Reward in a single transaction?

No, you may only redeem 1 McDonald’s App deal or McCafé Reward per transaction.

Can I still earn stamps if I do not have an internet connection?

No, the McCafé Rewards Card requires an internet connection. Please try again when you’re connected back to internet.

Can I transfer my McCafé Rewards Card or stamps to someone else?

The membership is unique and tied to each user’s McDonald’s App account. The account, stamps / rewards are not transferrable.

How do I earn a stamp if I forgot my phone/my phone’s battery is dead?

Stamps are credited electronically, so we are unable to credit the stamps in the absence of the customer’s smart phone. In addition, data or WIFI connectivity is required.

How do I earn a stamp?

2. Tap on the McCafé Rewards Card on the homepage
3. Scan the QR code before placing your order
4. Stamps will automatically be awarded for every qualifying ala carte McCafé beverage order

How do I redeem my McCafé Rewards?

1. Go to the “Deals” section of the McDonald’s app
2. Select your reward and tap “Redeem”
3. Tap on “Activate” to continue
4. Scan the QR code to redeem your reward in-store

I collected 5 stamps, but they have disappeared?

When you collect 5 stamps, you will automatically receive a FREE McCafé Reward in the deals page of My McDonald’s App and the number of stamps in the McCafé Rewards Card will reset. If you do not see your reward in the deals page, do write in to us via ‘contact us’ tab within My McDonald’s App.

If I delete the McDonald’s app and re-install it, can I still retrieve my stamps and rewards?

The stamps and rewards in your McCafé Rewards Card are saved into your account and will be restored each time you log in to the app. Stamps will not expire but please note that rewards will expire 30 days from the time it is issued.

The cup of the Cappuccino/Latte from the McDonald’s main counter has a McCafé print on it. Does it mean I can earn a stamp too if I purchase any of these beverages?

Yes, you are entitled to earn a stamp from purchasing any McCafé beverages and that includes Premium Roast Coffee, Cappuccino, Latte, Iced Latte, Mocha Frappe (with/without Oreo cookies) and Caramel Frappe (with/without Oreo cookies) from the main counter.

The previous McCafé Devotee App allows me to earn a stamp if I forget my phone or my phone’s battery dead by bringing the receipt to the same store within 3 days of purchase. Does the same apply to McCafé Rewards Card?

No, we are unable to credit the stamps retroactively. You can only earn stamps at the point of transaction.
