How much is each certificate?

Gift certificates come in $10 booklets consisting of ten $1 coupons that work just like cash at any McDonald’s restaurant. Please note that gift certificates only come in one denomination.

I would like to buy McDonald’s® gift vouchers, how and where can I buy them from?

Purchase of gift certificates is only available via pre-order by emailing msm@sg.mcd.com. Upon confirmation of purchase, it is also necessary to indicate your collection date via email at msm@sg.mcd.com.

Collection of your Gift Certificates is only available 1 week after confirmation or clearance of payment at McDonald’s Head Office, 10 Kallang Avenue, #04-10 Aperia Tower 2, Singapore 339510.

I can only pay by e-invoice or GE-BIZ as I am ordering from the government sector, will you accommodate our large order?

We only accept payment by American Express (AMEX), credit /debit card (VISA or MASTERCARD only) on our McDelivery website and via our McDelivery mobile app.

I have a limited budget for my large order, will I be able to get a discounted rate through your McDelivery service?

The prices of the products are indicated on the McDelivery website and App. We are unable to offer further discounts for bulk purchases.

Can I place a large order directly at your outlet? What are the modes of payments that are accepted? Do you deliver the orders?

Yes, you can place orders directly with our outlets. Payment needs to be made in full at the time when the order is placed. Our outlets accept Credit Card and Cash Payments. This is a self- collection service. We do not offer delivery service from our outlets.

I ordered through the McDelivery website but was not able to proceed with my order. Why is this so?

You may not be able to proceed with the order if your order exceeds $199. Our online ordering can only accept orders up to $199.

Will the delivery fee be waived for my large order?

The delivery charge of $4 is still applicable for large orders. The standard minimum food order of $10 applies to all McDelivery orders except for deliveries to certain areas where the minimum order is $60. For more information on McDelivery, click here.

How long in advance do I need to place my large order?

For large orders, we recommend placing your order at least 3 working days in advance so that the restaurant handling your order will have sufficient time for preparation.

Do you accept GEBIZ, E-envoice and Cheque payment on your McDelivery service?

No. We only accept payment by American Express (AMEX), credit /debit card (VISA or MASTERCARD only), GrabPay on our McDelivery website and via our McDelivery mobile app.

I do not have a credit / debit card. So how am I going to order on the app or web?

Sorry Sir / Madam, we are currently only able to accept cashless payment on our digital platforms.
