Our Gift Certs come in $10 booklets consisting of ten $1 coupons that work just like cash at any McDonald’s restaurant.
Please note that our Gift Certs only come in $1 denomination.

In view of the ongoing COVID-19 safety measures, here’s how you can purchase our Gift Certs:

  1. Please pre-order your Gift Certs by emailing msm@sg.mcd.com. Strictly no walk-in purchase at the head office.
  2. Cashless payment only via i-banking, bank transfer and cheque. Cash payment is not available.
  3. Collection of Gift Certs is only available 1 week after clearance of payment.
  4. Please collect your pre-ordered Gift Certs at: McDonald’s head office: 10 Kallang Avenue, #04-10 Aperia Tower 2, Singapore 339510.
  5. It is necessary to make an appointment by emailing msm@sg.mcd.com prior to collection at McDonald’s head office.
  6. At the point of collection, we require an acknowledgement form to be signed by the customer as confirmation of the correct amount of McDonald’s Gift Certs purchased/received.
