TERMS & CONDITIONS (EVENTS AT McDONALD’S BOOKING)
By booking the Event with Hanbaobao Pte. Ltd. (Licensee of McDonald’s) (hereinafter called “McDonald’s”), I hereby confirm my agreement to the following Terms & Conditions:
- Each child must at all times be accompanied at the Event by a parent / adult guardian.
- Parents / guardians are solely responsible for watching and looking after their children at the Event, and for ensuring their safety and their proper behaviour.
- TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, McDONALD’S, ITS AFFILIATES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, AGENTS AND EMPLOYEES DO NOT ASSUME ANY LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY, OR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, ARISING DURING, FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE EVENT.
- McDonald’s has the right to remove from the Event any person who does not follow the Event / site requirements; who engages in dangerous behaviour; who engages in bullying or other anti-social behaviour; or for any other cause deemed reasonable by McDonald’s. McDonald’s shall not, in such event, be liable to make any refund or other compensation.
- Participants must arrive on time. An allowance of 15 minutes will be given subject to availability.
- The participant’s slot will be cancelled if the participant fails to arrive at venue 30 minutes after the allocated time slot.
- No outside food or drinks (including alcohol) allowed. McDonald’s has the right to STOP/Cancel the Event immediately for those who does not comply with the Event / site requirements. McDonald’s shall not, in such event, be liable to make any refund or other compensation.
- All items distributed at the Event are subject to change without prior notice. You are not allowed to put other outside items inside our Event Packs.
- Tickets purchased are non-refundable. This means that once you have bought a ticket for the Event, you will not be able to get your money back under any circumstances. This policy applies regardless of whether you attend the Event or not, and includes situations such as changes in personal plans, illness, or any other unforeseen circumstances. Please ensure that you are certain about your participation before purchasing a ticket.
